As a Banquet Intern, you will experience what its like to set up, serve, and support various events, from elegant weddings and corporate meetings to gala dinners and cultural celebrations.
Your main mission? To help create distinctive experiences for our guests by ensuring every detail is perfect, every dish is served with care, and every guest feels welcomed. Youll learn how to prepare banquet setups, serve food and beverages during events, and coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will also enjoy a personalised learning journey, guided by your mentor (Learning & Development Manager), coach (Banquet Team Leader), and buddy (your Banquet team members). Qualification- Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Operations, F&B Service, or related major.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
- Able to communicate confidently in verbal English; other foreign languages are a plus.
- Enjoys working behind the scenes and on the floor to create flawless event experiences.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
- Well-groomed, responsible, and excited to learn in a real hotel setting.
- Passionate about serving others and ready to help make every banquet moment memorable.
- Committed to delivering distinctive service during events, from setup to farewell.
