Internship in Operational Department (Paid)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Intern in the Operational Department at Aden Services - Indonesia.

• Assist with the management and maintenance of inventory records.

• Perform periodic stock-takes and asset audits to ensure accuracy of records

• Support the team in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to inventory and fixed assets

• Liaise with various departments to gather and verify inventory and asset data

• Provide administrative support and execute ad-hoc tasks as required

• Preferably has internship experience in administrative roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

• Detail-oriented and organized in managing and documenting data

• Familiarity with digital systems and tools such as SharePoint and ERP is a plus; willingness to learn is essential

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Disciplined and able to meet deadlines

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields)
