Inventory Control Staff

Location: Jakarta (On-site)Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Staff to join our growing team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities include:

• Performing daily and weekly stock control (manual & system-based)

• Creating stock forecasting reports based on sales trends (PPIC approach)

• Implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) system to manage product rotation

• Ensuring product availability and accurate listings on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)

Minor Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer chats in a timely and professional manner

• Monitoring and replying to customer reviews, including complaint resolution

• Updating product info, pricing, and stock levels across all platforms

• Coordinating with warehouse & marketing teams for restock and promotion planning

Requirements:

• Max. 30 years old

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational School; Diploma/Bachelors degree preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce admin, stock control, or warehouse-related roles

• Strong understanding of basic inventory control (FIFO & stock rotation)

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, basic Pivot Tables)

• Familiar with online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)

• Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., Accurate, Bigseller) is a plus

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
