Inventory Control Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Doing stock take in Jabodetabek, outstation, & warehouse
• Making, checking, & finalizing stock take report
• Executing scrapping process
• Helping stores to solve the problem related with the inventory

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: A bachelor degree in Accounting / Economic / Management or equivalent is required. Additional coursework or a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field may be beneficial.
2. Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or related roles is often preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is advantageous.
3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and identify any discrepancies or errors.
5. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects or assignments simultaneously.
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
8. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using inventory management software, spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and other relevant computer programs.
