IT Architecture & Technology Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify and give recommendation regarding the technological aspects of a business, particularly its security, software application, IT infrastructure and business plans.
• Provide IT architectural expertise and are responsible for assessing budgetary needs, which may include estimating upgrade costs IT Infrastructure, include conducting computer support personnel evaluations and coordinating future direction on technical issues, such as obsolete software.
• Stay updated to technology and business trends through additional training since technology changes quickly.
• Communicate and collaborate with leaders in BINUS Group to understand what the business wants to achieve.
• Ensure compliance with set rules and regulations in IT Division related to IT architecture and give recommendations on the matter.
• Analyze requirement of new or updated security systems, software application, and infrastructure architecture in high-level process.
• Develop a strategic project by designing and maintaining computer networks in coordination with IT Infrastructure department.
• Develop high-level strategic project to model and test network plans prior to implementation in coordination with IT Infrastructure department.
• Finding the best technology solution to solve the existing business problems.
• Define the structure, characteristics, behaviors, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Define the features, phases, and solution requirements in high-level projects or processes.
• Provide technological specifications to defined, managed, and delivered solution.
• Collaborate with other IT units to ensure IT project work well especially regarding management of limited resources such as technology, risks, scope, cost, quality, time, and other resources.
• Setting the collaboration framework, creating a solution prototype, and participating in technology selection. 
• Work together with IT Enterprise Data Management department to design and maintain data architecture in high level processes and make sure it aligns with business application architecture needs (if needed).
• Help planning overall design and integration of application and integrations is in adherence to Agilent Internal Security and Risk management controls and policies.
• Collaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation and meet product development goals.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis of infrastructure and application system in Bina Nusantara. Management Support Activities:o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.o Suggest improvement process related to activities in their area of responsibilities (especially related to timeconcern, effort and cost).o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct 

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Studies
• Minimum 6 years working experience in Information Technology, particularly in IT infrastructure/ database/ application
• Certification:• Obtain International (non local) certification listed on the list of Certification for ITSpecialist.• Validity of required certifications should refer to the list of Certification for IT Specialist
