  • Position: IT Business AnalystJob Description:Explore user needs and express them in the form of Business Requirement Document.
  • Create and ensure complete documentation for the application development process.
  • Coordinate between users and the IT team so that application development runs smoothly according to user needs that match the companys needs.
  • Create test scripts and test scenarios for testing purposes.
  • Conduct testing together with ITDev (SIT) and User (UAT) to ensure the application runs properly.
  • Be the first point of contact if there is a problem with the application before being forwarded to the IT Development team.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Have min. 3 years of work experience in the same field. Preferably have a background in the insurance world, especially general insurance or reinsurance.
  • Mastering C#, . NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, Visual Studio, Crystal Report.
  • Understanding the System Development Life Cycle Agile and Waterfall methods.
  • Have English language skills.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of positions in the company.
