IT Change & Availability Management

Job Description
  • Bachelors degree of Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), especially Change Management.
  • Proven experience in regularly leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) / Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end Disaster Recovery Exercise planning and execution.
  • Prior knowledge of IT Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Applications, Core Banking, IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
  • Proficient in Jira Software & Jira Service Management (JSM), as well as similar project and ticketing tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven Experience developing & Review SOP.
  • Able to work effectively both as a team player and individual contributor.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Curiosity mindset with continuous learning attitude.
  • High initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Skilled mediator in conflict resolution and negotiations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Organized & Led regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to manage and review changes.

  • Organized & Led Emergency Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings to handle critical production issues.

  • Reviewed and assessed readiness for planned changes in the production environment.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with Business, Technology, Risk, Operations, Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

  • Collaborate with relevant parties on the impact of changes in the production environment.

  • Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises for Relationship Banking (RB) and Digital Banking (DB) and Sistem Pembayaran Bank Indonesia (SPBI).

  • Managed the planning, execution, and reporting of DR exercises.

  • Developed & Annual Reviews the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

  • Developed & Annual Reviews SOP of the Change Management SOP to ensure compliance and relevance.

  • Managed to plan, documented, and execute regular planned downtimes to minimize service interruptions and impact on business performance.

  • Implemented freeze periods to reduce the risk of disruptions in the production environment during the holiday season.

  • Supporting production deployments through sanity checks, time tracking, and real-time activity reporting to ensure smooth and accurate execution in a production environment.
