IT Infrastructure Staff

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Kartika Sari Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Bandung, West Java, and will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our companys IT infrastructure. As an IT Infrastructure Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our technology systems, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What youll be doing

1. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems

2. Monitoring and maintaining the performance and security of our IT systems

3. Implementing and configuring new hardware and software solutions as per business requirements

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues

5. Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations

6. Providing training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT systems

7. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements

What were looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT infrastructure support role

2. Solid understanding of network protocols, server management, and IT security best practices

3. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

7. Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, are a plus
