Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT department in planning, executing, and maintaining all IT infrastructure and systems

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols

• Manage and monitor server performance, network systems, ERP, and data backup

• Coordinate with internal departments for digital transformation and process automation

• Supervise IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues to minimize downtime

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Solid knowledge of networking, hardware/software systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
