Job Description – IT Officer

• Oversee daily IT operations, including network systems, hotel management software, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Ensure smooth integration and maintenance of hotel technologies to support operations and guest experience.

• Manage IT assets, security protocols, data backups, and software licensing compliance.
