IT SAP Specialist (PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT SAP Specialist with expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) modules to join our team at FiberStar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP PM modules to support our business processes. The SAP Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions and provide technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP PM modules to support business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development to enhance SAP PM functionality.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP PM-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain SAP PM system security and user access controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PM system configurations and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PM developments and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Specialist with expertise in PM modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM modules and their integration with business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming language.
• Familiarity with SAP security and user access management.
• Experience with SAP data migration and system upgrades.
