Tanggung Jawab

- Maintenance dan instalasi Software/hardware PC, Jaringan komputer access point, router, (WAN, LAN, VPN)

- Trouble shooting networking, software/hardware dan sistem CCTV.

- Menguasai aplikasi tentang Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server, basic Network (TCP / IP and Network Configuration), MSSQL Server, Internet & basic network troubleshooting

- Memastikan semua sistem IT dapat berjalan dengan lancar & bertangggung jawab terhadap permasalahan yang timbul dari para user

- Melakukan analisa, planning, pengawasan dan controlling terhadap aplikasi dan sistem IT

- Melakukan analisis terhadap spesifikasi dan efektifitas aplikasi baru

- Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur IT termasuk kebijakan keamanan IT.

- Bekerja sama dengan IT Vendor untuk merancang, membuat dan mengimplementasikan sistem atau aplikasi jika diperlukan.

Persyaratan:

- Minimum Lulusan S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika

- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang IT Support

- Motivasi tinggi, mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan kelompok, komunikatif dan proaktif

- Bersedia bekerja shifting

- Dapat Mengemudi dan memiliki SIM C & SIM A

- Penempatan diseluruh rest area unit usaha
