Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software applications (Windows, macOS, Google Suite).
• Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and classroom technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
