MEP Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in a construction company, property or design consultant
• Careful, Honest, Disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong capabilities in computer program to analyze MEP. AutoCAD is a Major, Revit skill is a plus
• Able to read, understand, and create 2D working drawings (masterplan, layout, floor plan, and detailed drawings).
• Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Have high accuracy, analytical skills, and good problem-solving skills
• Understand electrical, electronic, plumbing, fire fighting systems, etc. in buildings / factories - (MEP)
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

Job Description:

• Responsible for MEP operations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Planning, designing, managing and maintaining MEP systems in projects
• Archiving every tender drawing, forcon drawing, shop drawing and As built drawing
• Responsible for projects that are being worked on, especially for planning bill of materials or RAB according to the submitted and approved design.
• Visiting the site for measurements and ensuring accuracy between drawings and field conditions.
• Coordinating with the project team and implementers to ensure construction is in accordance with the working drawings.
• Following project developments and revising drawings if necessary.
• Create technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design based on project specifications
• Develop design details, sections, and views for MEP systems
• Ensure that all systems comply with applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Identifying and resolving potential problems or system failures.
