IT Technical Lead/ Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design the overall platform Architecture, including web/mobile platforms, APIs, booking systems, and third-party services (Payment, CRM)

  • Provide hands-on leadership across the engineering team - conduct code reviews, mentor developers, enforce best practices, and set engineering standards.

  • Lead technical planning, define technical roadmaps, manage timeline and resources, and ensure quality delivery.

  • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and creative technologists to align technical implementation with user experience goals.

  • Evaluate third-party tools, cloud providers, and technology stacks.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineer or a related field

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years tech lead/solution architect role

  • Strong experience in full stack development (Node.js, React/Vue, REST APIs, database)

  • Proven experience in architecting web / mobile platforms from scratch

  • Experience with cloud platform (AWP, GCP, or Azure)
