Japanese Translator / Japanese Interpreter

• Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis

• Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects in accordance with set timelines

• Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients

• Engage in marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process

• Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services

• Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians

• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports

• Handle client complaints and requests related to apartment services, Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Support clients during post-leasing processes, including moving logistics  and utility setup

• Provide customer support and act as a translator between clients, agents, and technicians

• Assist the marketing team with listing submissions, client document checks, consultations, and property viewings

• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports related to after-sales service and analyze trends in recurring issues for each apartment

• Conduct data entry and analysis related to after-service operations
