Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot. This position requires a strong understanding of database management, particularly in crafting complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance. The candidate should be familiar with OJK Audit processes or other data reporting tasks and be capable of independently managing requirements to deliver impactful results.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

2. Deep understanding of database queries, with strong skills in complex SQL and query performance tuning.

3. Familiar with OJK Audit or other Data Report works.

4. Capable of independently managing requirements and delivering results.

5. have an experience in related field at least 3 years or above

Soft Quality：

1. Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

2. Strong understanding of Loan related business. Either online or offline business .

3. Major in computer science related, Minimum GPA 3.5

4. proactive, fluent english spoken, high self motivation
