Jr. Graphic Designer

• Design Creation: Developing graphics and layouts based on briefs or established brand guidelines.
• Assistance with Production: Helping with the creation of marketing campaign materials, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Image Editing: Adjusting and enhancing images, including color correction, retouching, and resizing.
• Typography and Formatting: Working with fonts, text placement, and overall design layout.
• Artwork Preparation: Preparing files for print, packaging, or digital distribution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with creative team, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and project success.
• Learning and Development: Staying up-to-date on design trends, software, and best practices.
• Project Management: Assisting with managing design projects, including tracking progress, managing assets, and meeting deadlines. 
• Design Principles: A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, etc.)
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and accept feedback.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to generate creative solutions to design challenges. 
• They may have 1-2 years of professional experience, or be recent graduates. 
• Internships or previous experience in a agency/creative studio role can be beneficial.
