Junior IT Queue Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Junior Analyst fluent in English to manage IT tickets, oversee Problem Management, and handle Data Reporting. This role supports day-to-day IT operations for our clients overseas.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English

  • Strong knowledge of general technology and common systems and software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skill

  • Excellent reporting and administrative skill

  • Availability to work early mornings and flexible hours.
