Key Account Manager - Based in Medan / Pekanbaru

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company, being the first and main contact to the customer.
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new contacts. 
  • Developing a complete understanding of customers needs, what do they expect from a power transmission supplier now and in the future
  • Developing a complete understanding of customers Capex planning, expansion plans, maintenance strategy. 
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints 
  • Prepares strategic planning to improve Sales results Develops a value selling strategy to optimize the product Sales.
  • Preparing quotations for tenders concerning spare units, spare parts or Services Collaborating with the engineering and Services teams to maximize Sales by optimizing our offer, up-selling.
  • Fiscal management for key account ( payment terms, overdue payment etc. ). 
  • Organizing a quarterly or bi-annual meeting with customer stakeholders to keep them informed about our progress and to hear about their needs.
