Key Account Manager
We are a FMCG manufacturing company based in Pakuhaji, Tangerang, currently seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales team. This role is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and driving account growth through effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts (primarily modern trade and large institutional clients).
Create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each customer.
Achieve sales volume, revenue, and growth targets.
Negotiate pricing, promotional activities, and contract agreements.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, profitability, and forecasting.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel as required.
