Key Account Moderen Channel Manager
About the role
As a Key Account Modern Channel Manager at PT Carlcare Service Ila, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with our key modern channel customers. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in achieving our sales and growth objectives by developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our most important modern retail accounts.
What youll be doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for key modern channel customers, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive sales, market share and profitability targets
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure favourable agreements for the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth, while addressing any issues or challenges promptly
Represent the company at key customer meetings and industry events
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the leadership team
What were looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or key account sales, preferably within the retail smartphone/electronic
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with large, strategic customers
Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to secure favourable contract terms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to create presentations and reports
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
