Key Account Supervisor - Infinix

About the role

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking an experienced Key Account SPV to join our team and oversee our strategic account with Infinix Indonesia. As a contract role based in West Jakarta, this position will be responsible for managing and strengthening the key account relationship with Infinix, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and drive continued growth and success.

What youll be doing

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Infinix Indonesia account activities and initiatives

2. Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed Infinixs business objectives

3. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for Infinix

4. Identify new opportunities to expand services and increase value for Infinix

5. Maintain strong communication and collaborate closely with Infinix stakeholders

6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure account profitability and growth

7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance the Infinix relationship

What were looking for

1. Minimum 4 years experience in a key account management or strategic sales role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry

2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

4. Ability to think strategically, identify solutions, and drive results

5. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

6. Familiarity with the Indonesian market and Infinixs business is highly desirable
