KOL IP Content Specialist

Job Summary:

Were looking for a creative and hands-on KOL IP Content Specialist to build and grow influencer personas and produce high-conversion content for the Southeast Asian market—especially Indonesia. This role involves planning influencer image, scripting and shooting native content, and driving social media engagement through localized strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build influencer personas, including visual style, content tone, and engagement strategy.

• Plan and produce localized content such as unboxings, product demos, and short-form scenarios.

• Write colloquial Indonesian scripts, shoot real-person videos, and edit using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Develop and test conversion-driven content formats (e.g. product comparisons, trend-based videos).

• Create at least 30 native promotional videos per month.

• Support influencers in on-camera performance or appear in content as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media, KOL/IP operation, or content creation.

• Familiar with Southeast Asian (especially Indonesian) audience preferences.

• Strong skills in Indonesian copywriting, video editing, and short-form content production.

• Confident on camera or experienced in directing on-camera talent.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet content deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
