KOL Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic KOL Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to help amplify our brand message and engage our audience effectively.

This position is ideal for someone who understands how to localize content, navigate diverse digital communities, and create high-impact influencer campaigns that truly connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute engaging campaigns that align with our brand voice

• Monitor and analyze KOL performance, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize future strategies

• Stay up to date with content trends, platform algorithm changes, and influencer marketing best practices

• Ensure messaging resonates with the lifestyle, culture, and values of our core user base

• Handle campaign reporting, influencer contracts, and post-campaign evaluations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in the digital, creative, or fintech space

• Strong understanding of local content culture and ability to adapt strategies for different audience segments

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

• Passionate about working with communities and content creators

• Able to think creatively and execute campaigns that feel authentic and relatable
