Role: Laundry ManagerWe are looking for a hands-on, driven Laundry Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our new laundry venture. This is an exciting opportunity to join from the ground up and help us build a reliable, customer-focused daily service business.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end laundry operations (receiving, washing, drying, ironing, folding, delivery).
Supervise and train operational staff (washers, drivers/riders).
Ensure service quality and on-time delivery to customers.
Oversee machine maintenance, supplies, and stock.
Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales, costs, and profit margins.
Report regularly to management on performance and improvements.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, retail, F&B, or laundry management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing schedules and operations.
Comfortable with technology (apps, dashboards, reporting).
Willing to be hands-on and proactive in a startup environment.
Competitive salary (6-8M IDR/month, depending on experience).
