About the Role

We are seeking a mature, self-motivated Lead Project Manager to spearhead our 360Studio AGDD (Automated Guided Digital Development) projects for leading insurance companies in Indonesia. This senior role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and high-level client engagement to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions. Based in one of our vibrant WeWork offices in Jakarta, you will drive project excellence in a collaborative and dynamic environment, while mentoring a Project Manager and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of 360Studio AGDD projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines while driving innovation and quality.

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at insurance companies, building trust, managing expectations, and delivering tailored digital solutions.

  • Team Supervision: Mentor and guide a Project Manager, providing direction, support, and feedback to ensure cohesive team performance and professional growth.

  • Project Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple AGDD projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, mitigating risks, and ensuring consistent progress across initiatives.

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for AGDD workflows, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present high-level project reports, including strategic insights, performance metrics, and risk assessments, to internal leadership and clients.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project deliverables with technical and business requirements.

  • Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably in digital transformation, IT, or client-facing projects.

  • Background in insurance or software development is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.

Personal Attributes:

  • Mature, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while leading a team.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior clients and diverse teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project) is required.

  • Working knowledge of software development processes, digital platforms, or AGDD frameworks is highly desirable.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

Language:

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are a plus.
