Responsibilities:

• Prepare and build training systems

• Plan and support the training implementation process

• Conduct training in accordance with the specified methods and techniques

• Provide training program analysis

• Monitoring the entire training administration process

• Planning and delivering annual employee training results

• Evaluate the training that has been conducted

• Create or build training based on company objectives

• Conduct on training

Qualifications:

• Min. education level at Bachelor Degree for all majors

• Min. 5 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)

• Able to communication in English (Preferred)

• Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skills

• Familiar with various training methods such as workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.

• Experience in designing and running training

• Willing to business travel
