About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to conduct, deliver, and monitor the learning process in the field office team to ensure the learning programs are implemented and have an impact on behavior changes or business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct & analyze comprehensive learning development needs based on competencies or business needs in the Field Office to obtain learning needs.
- Design & develop learning materials based on curriculum/syllabus to ensure the learning programs have an impact on behavior changes/business outcomes.
- Conduct & deliver learning programs/sessions based on needs or designed learning modules to increase the level of competencies of the field office team.
- Conduct, deliver & monitor post-learning activities to help participants implement their learning results.
- Conduct, deliver & monitor learning evaluation based on the learning curriculum to ensure learning results are implemented in the workplace and have an impact on business.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the learning process.
- Background in the grameen industry will be prioritized.
- Strong background in analyzing, designing, and implementing learning programs.
- Experience with both in-person and e-learning programs.
