ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Were looking for someone who gets excited about making sure everything we do is legally bulletproof while we scale from startup to nationwide empire. 

As our Legal Executive, youll be the person who ensures our rapid expansion doesnt hit any legal roadblocks. Youll handle everything from restaurant permits to contract drafting, work directly with government agencies, and solve the legal puzzles that come with opening dozens of stores across Indonesia. 

Youll work closely with our Store Development Group, coordinate with ministries and local governments, and be the problem-solver who turns complex regulations into clear action plans. When our team asks "Can we legally do this?", youll be the person who not only knows the answer but also knows how to make it happen. 

WHAT YOULL DO: 

• Navigate Restaurant Permits Like a Pro - Master the entire process from OSS and SIMBG systems to getting those crucial restaurant licenses issued, because without permits, theres no Dikichi. 

• Draft Contracts That Protect Us - Create rock-solid legal documents, contracts (SPK), and agreements that support our business while keeping us safe from legal issues. 

• Handle Legal Issues Head-On - When problems arise (parking disputes, waste management issues, contract conflicts), youll be the person who stays calm and finds solutions that work. 

• Coordinate with Government Agencies - Build relationships with ministries, local government offices (Dinas), and notaries because good relationships make impossible permits possible. 

• Lead Project Kick-Off Meetings - Work with our expansion team to ensure every new store location starts with all legal boxes checked and permits in progress. 

• Create Legal Opinions That Matter - Provide clear legal guidance and reviews that help our leadership team make smart, compliant decisions as we scale rapidly. 

YOURE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: 

• Have a Law degree (S1 Hukum) and actually enjoyed studying corporate and administrative law 

• Spent at least 3 years in legal roles, preferably in F&B or restaurant business (you understand why timing matters when permits are involved) 

• Know Indonesian Corporate Law and Administrative Law inside and out, especially restaurant licensing regulations 

• Are comfortable drafting legal documents, opinions, and reviews, plus handling government reporting like its second nature 

• Have real experience managing legal cases, particularly around business permits and restaurant operations 

• Are familiar with OSS, SIMBG, and other government permit systems (and can navigate them without losing your mind) 

• Understand the entire permit process from application submission to license issuance 

• Can coordinate effectively with external parties like ministries, government offices, and notaries 

• Have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that actually work in real situations 

• Are ready to join immediately and excited about supporting Indonesias next big restaurant chain
