• Conduct legal research and provide insights on issues or upcoming business plans.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, including contracts, loan agreements, and correspondence with regulators.
• Prepare and organize documents necessary for fundraising and other financial transactions.
• Support the team in handling compliance-related tasks and legal projects.
• Maintain legal records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all projects are completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Final year student in Legal. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, particularly in the areas of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
• Understanding in legal research, drafting, and document review.
• Familiarity with the preparation of legal correspondence and regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
