Legal Litigation Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least Bachelors Degree in Law or related major.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Litigation Corporate scope of work and having PERADI/PKPA Certification.

  • Good knowledge and experience in handling Pre-Litigation and Litigation.

  • Experience in handling corporate governance, contracts, or compliance.

  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations related to corporate governance, securities, and contract law.

  • Willing to go short-term and long-term business trip  

  • Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.

  • Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Legal Advisory.

  • Pre-litigation (Bad Debt Collection).

  • Litigation (Court Trial).

  • Validity of Company Licenses Monitoring.

  • Monitor All Sales Contract.

  • Legal Administration Management.

  • Litigation Report.
