Kualifikasi

• Minimal Pendidikan S1 Hukum atau bidang yang linear.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Legal Staf atau bidang yang relevan
• Pernah mengoperasikan Sistem OSS menjadi nilai tambah
• Pernah terlibat dalam sertifikasi ISO menjadi nilai tambah
• Memahami dasar-dasar hukum dan perundang-undangan
• Menguasai Microsoft Office
• Komunikatif & Proaktif

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Memastikan kepatuhan Perusahaan terhadap seluruh peraturan & regulasi yang berlaku
2. Menganalisis isu/permasalahan, peraturan, dan regulasi yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan
3. Menyusun, mereview perjanjian kerja baik dengan vendor, partner, maupun klien untuk melindungi kepentingan perusahaan.
4. Melakukan audit kepatuhan terhadap regulasi & peraturan perusahaan.
5. Mengelola kewajiban pelaporan & perizinan perusahaan (OSS, Kemnaker, dll.).
6. Mengimplementasikan ISO 27001 & 9001 dan membantu proses audit internal.
7. Menangani kasus hukum, perselisihan industrial, berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal (advokat, notaris, regulator), serta memberi saran hukum.
