Legal Officer

Working Days : Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:30, break 12:00 - 13:30Range Salary : Rp 5,500,000 - Rp 8,000,000 Gross (depends on candidates experience)

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors Degree in Law.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, preferably in Legal Services company.

3. Strong knowledge in OSS, KBLI, and NIB.

4. Good understanding of Indonesian corporate law and compliance procedures.

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

6. Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the flow of AKTA, SK, NPWP, and NIB.

2. Having experience liaising with Notary regarding AKTA to SK; having connections with

   Notary is a plus.

3. Possess practical knowledge regarding NPWP registration for both Foreign and Local citizens.

4. Possess practical knowledge regarding NIB registration for both PMA and PMDN.

5. Provide consultation from a legal perspective to clients regarding company establishment, OSS, KBLI, scope of business, and NIB registration.

6. Assist clients in obtaining business licenses and permits in compliance with Indonesian

   regulations.

7. Conduct legal consultation and advisory services to clients in various business sectors.

8. Liaise with government institutions, notaries, and third parties for licensing and legal matters.
