LEGAL OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Providing legal advice for the benefit of the company.

  • Create and review all company legal agreements and documentation, including but not limited to the drafting and finalization of legal documents.

  • Create and review bilingual agreements.

  • Administering and managing the filing and maintenance of corporate legal agreements and documents.

  • Coordinate with the other division about legal documents.

  • Storing and maintaining company documents.

  • Take a responsibility with the client for the sponsorship and other event.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Law.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in Legal Corporate.

  • Knowledge of legal drafting, legal advisor, OSS RBA, bilingual draft.

  • Have good legal knowledge, especially in the field of labor market and business law.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

  • Proficient in business English.

  • Able to work on office hour.

  • Willing to learn, hardworking, and can work well with team.
