Legal Specialist

Corporate In-house Legal Advisor: Requirements are as follows:

• Education: Bachelors degree or above, in Indonesian Law.

• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations (especially labor, economic, and tax laws) and national policies.

• Proficient in Chinese for communication and preparation of written materials in both Chinese and Indonesian.

• Frequent interaction with Indonesian government departments such as Commerce, Taxation, Labor, Justice, Police, etc., with a good understanding of business processes and related matters.

• Responsible, fair-minded, and with a sense of overall awareness in handling matters.

• Work Location: Primarily in Sanggau, Pontianak, with involvement in Jakarta and other areas.

• Responsibilities: Managing all legal matters related to the company. Direct supervisor: Vice General Manager of Company Operations.
