Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement credit strategies and credit acceptance policies aligned with product offerings and targeted customer segments, leveraging extensive quantitative analysis to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Formulate credit policies that integrate product, big data, and technology roadmaps to support the companys growth from startup to leading regional player.

  • Continuously enhance credit policies based on monitoring outcomes, conducting testing to refine policies, scoring models, and overall risk and product strategies.

  • Collaborate with technology and data teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality credit policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Lending / Credit Product & Process Development within the banking industry.

  • Strong knowledge of lending products, lending programs, and product development.

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • High level of integrity and strong sense of punctuality.
