Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelors degree or higher, with good English communication skills;

2. Experience in company registration processes, consulting industry, or certification processes (at least one of the three is required);

3. Fast learner with strong execution, attention to detail, and ability to provide instant feedback and review;

4. Proficient in managing business processes using Excel spreadsheets.

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Responsible for supplier management and cost optimization of the companys existing businesses, including PMA company registration in Indonesia and various certification processes (SNI, BPOM, AKL, etc.);

2. Manage customer business processes, carefully review each step, and promptly respond to customer needs

3. Prepare business proposals and manage business transactions with channels and suppliers;

4. Develop and organize SOPs for handling business processes to be used by the business team.
