About the role

As the Live Shopping Assistant Manager at Cimory Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys online sales and engagement through innovative live shopping experiences. The Live Shopping Manager also responsible for designing, managing, and developing the companys live commerce strategy to drive sales, brand awareness, and audience engagement. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this dynamic consumer goods organization.

What youll be doing

  1. Develop and propose live shopping strategies across owned platforms as well as in collaboration with partners (affiliates, retail partners), with a strong focus on maximizing both engagement and sales.

  2. Maintain effective communication with brand teams to plan offers, promotions, and content tailored to the target audience.

  3. Create and manage audience interaction during live sessions, including Q&A, polls, and giveaways, to boost audience engagement (comments, likes, shares)

  4. Oversee live shopping platforms and tools to ensure broadcast quality (visuals, audio, streaming speed, platform stability).

  5. Deliver weekly performance analysis reports with actionable recommendations, providing at least one improvement initiative per week.

  6. Develop and execute engaging live shopping content and experiences to showcase Cimory Groups product portfolio

  7. Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align live shopping initiatives with the broader marketing strategy

  8. Manage and train a team of live shopping hosts to deliver captivating, informative and sales-driven presentations

  9. Monitor and analyze live shopping performance metrics to continuously improve the customer experience and drive sales

  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest live shopping trends and technologies to ensure Cimory Group remains at the forefront of this evolving marketing channel.

What were looking for

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields from reputable university.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or live streaming (live commerce experience is a strong plus).

  3. Proven experience in a similar live shopping or e-commerce marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

  4. Strong understanding of the live shopping landscape, including emerging trends, platforms and best practices.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.

  6. Creative and innovative mindset, able to develop unique and impactful live shopping content.

  7. Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement to drive continuous improvement.

  8. Effective team management and leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing live shopping team.

  9. Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta.
