Currently we are looking for a great candidate as Livestream Operation Specialist who could handle our clients' Shopee and Tiktok Platforms.

What You Have To Do

1. Coordinate the schedules of hosts to ensure a continuous and engaging live stream presence.
2. Provide comprehensive training to hosts on live streaming techniques and audience engagement strategies.
3. Ensure the availability and readiness of live streaming equipment and venues to facilitate high-quality broadcasts.
4. Conduct detailed analyses of live stream performances to identify areas for improvement and strategies for future broadcasts.
5. Plan and execute live campaigns to promote products and engage with the audience effectively.
6. Create and implement engaging scripts and strategic plans to maximize live stream success and audience interaction.

What We Need From You

1. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English
2. Strong capability to understand and learn the business logic behind e-commerce live streaming, coupled with the ability to apply logical thinking to make data-driven decisions.
3. A minimum of 1 year of work experience is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in e-commerce or related fields.
4. A Bachelor's degree is required.
5. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility towards the quality and success of live streams.
6. Capable of managing hosts with strictness and discipline to ensure professional performance standards.
7. Willing to Onsite Working at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
