ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Were looking for someone who gets excited about making sure everything flows smoothly from our warehouse to our customers plates. 

As our Logistic & Distribution Executive, youll be the person who makes sure our crispy chicken gets to every store safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Youll oversee our daily warehouse operations, work with our delivery teams, and be the problem-solver who keeps everything running like clockwork. 

Youll work closely with our procurement team, chat with drivers about delivery schedules, dive into inventory reports, and make sure every box that leaves our warehouse meets the highest standards. When our stores call asking "Wheres our delivery?", youll be the person who already knows the answer and has a solution ready. 

WHAT YOULL DO: 

• Keep Operations Running Smoothly - Manage our daily warehouse operations from receiving goods in the morning to making sure the last delivery truck leaves on time. 

• Make Sure Everythings Perfect - Implement and follow our standard procedures so every order is accurate, every delivery is safe, and nothing gets lost along the way. 

• Track What Matters - Monitor delivery schedules, inventory levels, and work with procurement to make sure we never run short on what our stores need. 

• Check Every Detail - Inspect incoming goods to make sure everything matches what we ordered and meets our quality standards before it goes to our stores. 

• Create Reports That Tell Stories - Build warehouse, delivery, and transportation reports that help everyone understand how were doing and where we can improve. 

YOURE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: 

• Have a degree in Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or something related (we care about your thinking skills, not just the certificate) 

• Spent 2-3 years as a supervisor or team leader in logistics, warehousing, or similar operations and enjoyed the hands-on problem solving 

• Can work independently when you need to but also love collaborating with different teams to get things done 

• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy digging into problems until you find the real solution 

• Are great at communicating with everyone from warehouse staff to senior management 

• Take pride in getting things right and can work effectively toward targets and deadlines 

• Are comfortable with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables shouldnt intimidate you) 

• Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems  

• Have high integrity and understand that in food distribution, accuracy isnt just nice to have — its essential 

• Are ready to join immediately and scale with our rapid expansion
