Job Descriptions:
- Coordinating Shipments: Managing daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Liaising with logistics providers to negotiate rates and track shipments.
- Support Daily Operations: Assisting with documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues that arise.
- Monitoring Inventory Levels: Assisting in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely restocking.
- Developing and strengthening partnerships with key logistics providers for better rates and service levels.
- Ensure the operations will run as seamlessly as possible.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Skills in shipping, receiving, and unloading. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the warehouse fulfilment field, preferably in a logistics or e- commerce environment.
· Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
· Proficiency with common business applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Onedrive).
· Experience with inventory control and conducting cycle counts.
· Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
