Main Teacher & Assistant Teacher Preschool AY 2026/2027

Job Description For Main Teacher:

• Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis.

• Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines.

• Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families.

• Assess all areas of development of children using the Eclectic Curriculum.

• Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family.

• Responsible for supervision and direction of Assistant Teacher

Job Description for Assistant Teacher:

• Assist the Main Teacher in planning of weekly themes, lesson plan and daily activity.

• Observe, record and assess each childs individual growth and development.

• Maintain a save, healthy environment for children all times. Actively engage in daily activities and routines with children.

Job Description for Mandarin Teacher:

• Teaching for Preschoolers 2-6 years old.

• Teaching for Baby Mandarin Class with range of age (6 month - 18 month).

• Preparing teaching materials.

• Make portofolio report for parents.

• Have a good communication and coordination with the principal and all teachers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in any major, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in preschool/kindergarten/ childcare setting

• Good command in English orally and written, Mandarin (for Mandarin teachers only)
