Are you looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance strategies and repair procedures for machines and spare parts.

  • Develop system for machine performance development.

  • Formulate innovative strategies for machine improvement.

We are looking for you who :

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Instrumentation

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Maintenance Manager or equivalent in the FMCG industry

  • Possesses experience and knowledge related to the characteristics and problem-solving of production machines and robotics.

  • Possesses knowledge and concepts of TPM, Six Sigma, and CMMS implementation.

  • Familiar with the system and implementation of ISO, FSSC Halal, SMK3, OHSAS 18001
