Maintenance Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on store equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and building facilities.

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance work areas.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in maintenance or engineering is a plus.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment.

  • Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions.

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.

  • Familiar with safety standards in food service environments.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
