future is one of fifgroup development program to produce management trainees in the future, which will run for 9 months. the program will be held on 1st october 2024 at head office of fifgroup, menara fif, south jakarta. in this program, each trainee will recieve knowledge and training regarding fifgroups business process to acquire the best strategy to make fifgroup leading in leasing world.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Willingness to placement on Any Divisions
• Work experience: Max. 2 years
• Skill: Good at Conceptual Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, and Planning & Driving Actions
• Technical: Microsoft Suite, Data Analysis
