  • Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer orders and inventory availability

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials

  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent overstock or shortages

  • Control BOM (Bill of Materials) and production routing in the system

  • Monitor work in progress (WIP) and ensure production timelines are met

  • Analyze production capacity and suggest efficiency improvements

  • Ensure accurate input and reporting using ERP or production tracking systems

  • Supervise and develop the PPIC team

  • Provide responsive and friendly support to customers by addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Create and process accurate sales orders based on customer requests, purchase orders, or internal sales team input

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate closely with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfillment
