Manager, Production for KKM Cikarang

Job Responsibilities:

·     Assisst in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality

·     Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and deadlines

·     Ensure that products meet quality standards and implement improvements as needed

·     Supervise and support production staff, providing training and development opportunities

·     Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards

·     Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity

·     Capable of setting and achieving clear KPIs, while effectively managing production schedules and resources

·     Strong track record in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and output optimization

·     Demonstrates a can-do attitude with a strong desire to grow alongside the company

Job Requirements :

·     Bachelors Degree in Engineering related major

·     5 years of experience as Production Manager

·     Inspirational leadership with a hands-on approach

·     Strategic thinker with execution capability under pressure

·     Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
