  • Min. 1-3 year experience as Marketing (preferably from general insurance company)

  • Have good relation with broker

  • Willing to conduct regular visits in maintaining good relations with clients (broker)

  • Good adaptability skill and able to work under pressure

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Able to work independently and self-driven person

  • Excellent Ms. Office skills

Job Description :

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company

  • Make a sales plan and implement it to achieve sales targets

  • Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders

  • Conduct regular visits in maintaining good relations with clients (broker)
