PT Instrumindo Prima Sentosa is a B2B distributor company based in Jakarta. We are the authorized agent of several world-leading manufacturers such as Parker Hannifin, Baumer-Bourdon Haenni, Pepperl+Fuchs, Dialight, and many more, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas Industry.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing communication initiatives across internal, customer-facing, and principal channels. The main objective of this role is to enhance our brand image and corporate visibility by managing content, campaigns, and digital presence that reflect our professionalism and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand identity.

  • Manage content for LinkedIn posts, company brochures, event highlights, and seasonal greetings.

  • Develop and coordinate internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment.

  • Support sales and product teams with marketing materials (catalogs, flyers, presentations).

  • Collaborate with principals to align branding guidelines and coordinate co-branded campaigns.

  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly reports on visibility and engagement.

  • Maintain marketing asset library (logos, templates, campaign materials).

  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, social media management, and basic graphic tools.

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
